Fred Stumpf and Christy Denison successfully appealed a trial court decision holding that the Firm’s Nevada client was subject to jurisdiction in Texas in a suit involving employment and ownership issues in a Lexus dealership in Las Vegas.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment entered in favor of Stumpf Farrimond’s client, Anthony Dizona, based on his counsels’ evidentiary objections at trial and the admissions of the Government’s own expert elicited on cross examination by Fred W. Stumpf.
